Project Background

Access to telehealth was identified as a challenge for Spanish-speaking families.

Families living in rural Missouri voiced similar concerns about accessing telehealth appointments.

Concerns included:

• assistance with paying for internet services
• education on how to use software like Zoom
• navigation of telehealth appointments
• availability of interpretation services

Project Description

This project provides trainings. It will explain different programs to assist individuals with access to technology resources. MoAT will support enrollment in available resources to enhance digital inclusion.

This project creates leaders of individuals with I/DD and their families. Those leaders will create inclusive community planning.
