Annual Celebration Disability Rights Legislative Day (DRLD): February 26, 2025
For nearly 20 years, disability advocates from around Missouri have traveled to the State Capitol to participate in Disability Rights Legislative Day and have their voices heard. Each year, we were able to bring Missourians the option of participating virtually and we are please to be able to offer this opportunity each year.
The event is held in person and virtually so people with disabilities, family members, and others can participate regardless of where they live in the state. The more people that participate, the more we can advocate for what's important to us and show the legislature that "WE are the People."
Disability Rights Legislative Day consists of a rally that will feature an impressive lineup of speakers, including various legislators, and some powerful disability advocate. After the rally, in-person participants can meet with their legislators.
