Overview
As part of President Biden’s American Rescue Plan (ARP) which was signed into law on March 11, 2021, Missouri is eligible to receive a 10% Federal Medicaid Assistance Percentage (FMAP) increase in funding for Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
MO HealthNet is seeking feedback for the proposed spending plan for this increase in funding. Feedback can be submitted through August 15, 2021.
